Campus tour

Spanish and italian high school students, and the students of the Berze Nagy János Grammar School visited the Károly Róbert Campus. The students became familiar with the institution and the majors offered in English presentations.

Students came to Hungary with the Erasmus scolarship program from near Sicily and Madrid for a week. They were guided around by the teachers and students of the Berze Nagy János Grammar School. Within the program, students could visit the Károly Róbert Campus in Gyöngyös.

Dr. Zoltán Bujdosó, the director of the campus talked about the Institute and introduced the training options. He encouraged the students to apply for the Erasmus scolarhip program during their university studies too, and study minimum half a year in Gyöngyös.

Omar Quasem told them about the international student life of the campus. The Jordanian student shared why he chose Hungary for his higher education, the financial benefits. It was less expensive than Jordan. Also he saw a lot of pictures and videos about the campus, the region and the country, and he loved what he saw. Omar talked about how before his Hungarian studies he never liked to go to school but now he does.

After the presentations, the students walked around the campus, they were introduced to the robotics team of the Institute and they had a chance to try the Lego robots as well.
